    Send your pet’s photo and order number to support@warmioo.com to begin customizing your light-up design. Be sure to select your preferred background and frame color.

  • Step 2: Approve Your Design

    Within1–3 business days, we’ll transform your pet photo into a custom cartoon-style design. You’ll get a preview to review, and we won’t start crafting until you approve the design!

  • Step 3: Receive Your Customized Light!

    Each piece is personalized and handmade. Design and crafting take 1–3 days, and shipping takes 5–14 business days.

    Total turnaround: 7–14 days.

How long does it take to receive my order?

At Warmioo, each light-up product is personalized and handmade, please allow 7-15 business days for production and shipping. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.

Will I receive a proof before shipping?

Yes! You’ll receive a digital proof of your pet’s design by email once it’s ready. We also offer free revisions to make sure you’re completely satisfied.

Do you offer free shipping?

What is your return policy?

How is my photo edited for the light?

Our artists digitally hand-draw each design to capture your pet’s unique look and personality. We’re not done until you’re completely satisfied, revisions are included.
